3. Specifications
a.    Conductor- Fully annealed high quality solid cooper, the conductor size is
0.4,0.5,0.6,0.63,0.7,0.8mm .
b.    Insulation- Color High Molecular Weight Solid High density Polyethylene
c.    Colour coding- Cables should fully color coded in accordance with PIC
(pulp-insulated cable, even count colour code
d.    Painting- Two colored insulated conductors are uniformly twisted together
to form a pair, Varying lay length is designed to minimize the cross talk and
capacitance unbalance
e.    Filling compound - The water resistant filling compund is applied to fill the
air space within the cable core.
f.    Core covering - A non-hygroscopic and dielectric polyester Tape and Water
Blocking Tape are applied helically having a suitable overlap.
g.   Flooding compund - Sufficient f looding compound is applied between the
core wap and shield.
H.   Moisture barrier innersheath - An Alumininum Tape with Co-polyester coating
is applied over the cable core and sheath with black Polyethylene Compund.
I.    Armour - A tin coated steel Corrupted Tape is applied longitudinally directly
over the inner sheath with suitable flooding compund.
J.  Jacket - Black high Molecular Weight low Density Polyethylene compund.
K.  Identification - An identification Tape durable marked with the manufacture
name, year of manufacturing and cable size.
